Sparky Featured in Takoma Voice
I was talking to my friend Phil Shapiro, who is the computer coordinator for the Takoma Park Community Center, and mentioned my work with returning veterans.
He suggested that I offer to tell my story to the local newspaper, and the editor Eric Bond agreed and the next thing I knew I was being interviewed by a reporter by the name of Howard Kohn.
